What’s this? This is my WILL DO list from Monday. As part of my what new thing for July, and LIVING A LIFE THAT WORKS, I have started writing a list of things I will do, BEFORE I sit down to work; and based on the actual time I have to complete tasks. Yesterday, I had two hours at the desk.

Let me tell you, it feels so good already! I off-load before I start work and feel clear to tackle the tasks. Also, the temptation for distraction is cut way, way down. And the numbers at the end there, is the time I aimed to spend on each task.

It is better to achieve some things, instead of that feeling of a whole lot of nothing, by setting manageable tasks, grounded in a real time-frame.

The new tasks and ‘bigger’ tasks that arise out of research, the next part of other tasks, and so on -  I put on my Mac mail to do list. I plan to review and tidy it once per fortnight. I’m calling this my main list… anywho…

You get the picture.

Thanks for taking a minute to read my response to #reverb11 July prompt:

Namaste
