Personal Recipe, how to make a living

How to have no regrets… create foresight and live your bliss.

The person I’d NEVER want to be five years from now, is back working in an environment that did not allow me to fully express myself. Like many other writers taking this challenge, entrepreneurial, forward thinkers, creative and insightful people with a handle on the bigger picture; working 9-5 in an office at a soul destroying job has become almost intolerable. Hence, there is this passion to generate an income and make a living that promotes well-being and satisfaction. Living your bliss.

My recipe:

  1. Set goals and make plans.
  2. Put plans into existence.
  3. Evaluate and review results; celebrate achievements and reward self/ team and/ or loved ones.
  4. Ask for help. Offer help.
  5. Full commitment; or don’t get involved.
  6. Seek balance in work and play.
  7. Keep inspired and have fun.
  8. Listen to my intuition and tell the truth.
  9. Be afraid, act with courage.
  10. Make a difference.

Personal Recipe by Harley Schreiber

I do not wish to expiate, but to live. My life is for itself and not for a spectacle. I much prefer that it should be of a lower strain, so it be genuine and equal, than that it should be glittering and unsteady. I wish it to be sound and sweet, and not to need diet and bleeding. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Think about the type of person you’d NEVER want to be 5 years from now. Write out your own personal recipe to prevent this from happening and commit to following it. “Thought is the seed of action.”
